Kira Justine, also known as rosyelement, is a Southern Californian born and based illustrator and character artist.Kira has been drawing their entire life, but discovered their specific passion for digital art when they were in middle school, when they fell in love with the range of warm and bright colors that digital is able to evoke.As an artist, Kira strives to portray complex emotions in their work, as well as create appealing and interesting character designs.They also have a cat named Billy who they love with their entire heart, even if he's kind of a monster.
